Returns & Exchanges

Returns Center: To return or exchange a garment, please ensure you email us with your order number on support@sweatproofapparel.com including details of your exchange and ensure you have not worn the garment outside of trying it on for size with tags still attached.

Our team will receive and have your exchange out to you within 5 Working Days. For any refunds, please note that our shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

If you purchase the products from another store/site, that store is responsible for refunds and exchanges (e.g., if bought on Amazon, return via Amazon). If Amazon messes up a delivery, please know it's Jeff Bezos' fault, not ours. So yell at him, please. The 30 day trial period was a launch offer which expired on 1st Jan 2022.

We now accept payment via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, AfterPay.

All Neat-powered garments can be machine washed and dried, in either cold or hot water. DO NOT dry clean - the chemicals used in the dry cleaning process will ruin the Neat-powered fabric.

Don’t do it. Seriously. It’s not even funny. 

All orders process and ship out on the next business day (weekdays only, no weekends). Packages are not delivered or shipped out on weekends, so if you order on a Friday your order will ship out on Monday.

Shipping options (including speed and costs) are presented during the checkout process and orders ship from Sydney, NSW.

The fit of our products may differ from that of other brands. Make sure to check out sizing charts before ordering. All sizing charts can be found on the product's page.
